No project is too small for Toland Interiors. We understand that, often, it’s the little things coming together that make the biggest impact. From choosing new paint colors to decorating built-ins, changing out seasonal decor, rearranging your furniture layout and so much more, we would love to help you tie up any loose ends you’re working with! These projects can be billed at an hourly or flat rate fee, depending on scope.

Space planning
Maybe you just moved and you’re not quite sure how to fit what came with you into this new space. Or, perhaps you've spent so many years in your home that you’re having a hard time seeing past the layout you’ve always had. Whatever the reason, our space planning service is probably a great fit for you!
We meet with you for a one-on-one consultation either in person or virtually to discuss frustration points, family needs, design preferences/personal style, and so much more. We gather measurements, photos and/or video of the space.
You receive:
consultation notes
customized 2D + 3D digital renderings of the space(s) being assessed [with likely 2-3 layout options shown]
Design board with furniture, decor/accessories, art, finishes, lighting.
Spreadsheet with links to shop directly and/or product information for custom items that would be ordered through Toland Interiors.
One round of edits
Estimated flat rate per room: $1,200-2,200+
*This service is typically used for spaces other than kitchens, such as bed and living rooms.
Bathroom Design
Second only to bedrooms, bathrooms are the spaces where we start and end our days. Our goal in this area of your home is to give you a space that is functional, safe, and easy to clean and maintain. A space you enjoy getting ready in and one that’s relaxing enough to help you unwind at the end of the day.
We listen to the specific needs and unique style preferences of your family and pair it with our years of experience to design a detailed space you couldn’t imagine on your own. Finding unique, often hidden, ways to add extra storage is our forte!

kitchen design
Not only are our kitchens the heart of the home, they’re also the most technical spaces in our homes. Hiring a designer to help in your kitchen design process is one of the best investments you can make while building or renovating!
With Toland Interiors, we are available to be there with you every step of the way from customized 2D + 3D digital renderings, cabinet and materials selection, the ordering process, as well as detailing installation specs for your contractor to follow to make sure all the finishing touches are just right. One aspect of custom kitchen design our clients tend to love the most is when we do your cabinet layout. In this process, we list out placement for individual items from where your pots and pans will be stored all the way down to where you’ll put your toothpicks. We make sure that everything has a place so that before construction is even finished, you’re given a clear path for moving into your space without further delays or frustration.
